Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, instructions, sizes, colors, and other necessary details. We are not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

2. Payment

Prices are confirmed before the order is started. Payment must be made according to the agreed payment terms.

3. Revisions

We provide revisions for adjustments to the original design. Changes that require a completely new design or concept may be charged separately.

4. Delivery

Completed files are delivered through the agreed method. Delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the order.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

As our services are custom-made, refunds or cancellations may not be available once work has started. Requests will be reviewed based on the status of the order.

6. Copyright

Customers must have permission to use any logos, images, or artwork submitted to us. Customers are responsible for any copyright or trademark issues related to their artwork.
