At Klicksy Digitizing, we are committed to providing high-quality Digitizing, Vector Conversion, and Embroidered Patchess.

1. Custom-Made Services

Our services are custom-made according to the customer’s artwork, specifications, and requirements. Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.

2. Revisions & Corrections

If a completed design does not meet the agreed requirements, customers may request reasonable revisions. We will work with the customer to address issues related to the original specifications provided.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis if we are unable to deliver the agreed service or if a significant issue occurs that cannot reasonably be resolved through revisions.

4. Changes to Requirements

Any changes to the original artwork, specifications, size, colors, or other requirements after work has commenced may require additional charges and may not qualify for a refund.

5. Completed Orders

Once the requested files have been delivered and the agreed service has been completed, the order will generally be considered fulfilled, subject to any applicable consumer rights under relevant law.
